TOWN HOUSE CLOSURE:

  • On Friday, August 21 and Saturday, August 22, the Town House will be closed to ALL. The closure is due to a vapor barrier to be installed, which includes a spray foam. Please plan to avoid the building during these times and make arrangements to visit another time.   

TOWN CLERK OFFICE HOURS CHANGE FOR WEEK OF 8/17 ONLY: 

  • Wednesday, August 19, 2026: Closed

  • Thursday, August 20, 2026: Open from 4:30 pm to 6:30 pm

  • Sunday, September 13, 2026: Town Museum open 2-4 pm

  • Thursday, September 17 at 7pm. Presentation hosted by the Historical Society. The term Upper Valley and how it came to be and how the term became a name for a cluster of towns that are connected in many ways, even though divided by a river and a state line. See page 8 for further details. 

  • Sunday, October 11 is the Orange Harvest Festival. See last page 

  • Tuesday, November 3, 2026: General Election
