Variance requested for 627 Tuttle Hill Road, Orange NH (Map 4, Lot 20)

 Peter and Lisa Shank have submitted an application to the ZBA for a variance to the setback requirement (Article 2, minimum distance from a roadway) for the construction of a replacement home.

The filing period for these positions is Wednesday, January 22nd 2025 through Friday January 31st 2025 at 5:00 p.m.

Candidates must file a Declaration of Candidacy form with the Town Clerk or Assistant Town Clerk to have their names placed on the ballot.

The Town Clerk office is open on Wednesdays 4:30 - 6:30 pm and Thursdays 5:30 - 7:30 pm. The office will also be open on Friday, January 31st from 3:00 to 5:00 pm to accommodate any last-minute interested candidates.
